Eric P. Gonchar has been involved with the real estate industry for almost 30 years with strong experience in real estate consulting, management, brokerage, transactional, leasing and lending.
Eric has worked closely with clients in the day to day operation and management of commercial residential and buildings including supervision of staff, negotiation of building services, property inspections and preventive maintenance, reporting procedures, employee log forms, inventory control and handling vendor selection as well as projection of operating and capital budgets and planning. He has assisted with commercial real estate financing and refinancing, insurance selection, building repairs and project and capital improvement supervision and code compliance. Eric also has been providing consultation and advice to commercial entities, individuals and investors in connection with sales and purchases, financing, managing and due diligence, site inspections, lease review, relocation, joint ventures and dispute meditation of properties. Eric has also worked closely with clients in connection with consulting on architect agreements, contractor agreements, apartment combinations and alterations agreements.
In addition, Eric has been an independent real estate broker for sale and rental of commercial, multi-property dwellings, townhouses and brownstones as well as co-op and condominium apartments to individuals, entities, foreigners and investors.
